Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following delivery times:
- West Malaysia: 3-5 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-7 business days
Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate of RM10 for all orders within West Malaysia.
Free shipping is available for West Malaysia orders above RM150.
East Malaysia flat rate RM25.
Where We Ship To
We currently ship within Malaysia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through the courier's website.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Blancchics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
- Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons and public holidays.
- If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us blancchics@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Blancchics is not liable for carrier delays or delays caused by events outside our control.
