Thank you for shopping at Blancchics! We want your jewellery to reach you safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia) We currently ship within Malaysia only via reliable courier services. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Insurances and Tax are not included

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

International Shipping We don't currently offer standard international shipping, but we're happy to accommodate international orders on request! Simply drop us an email at blancchics@gmail.com and we'll do our best to arrange shipping to your location.

Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to courier conditions beyond our control.

Colour Disclaimer  All Blancchics product photos are taken by us to best represent each piece. However, due to chromatic aberration, colours may appear slightly different across various screens and devices. If you have strict requirements on colour or materials, we recommend carefully considering your purchase prior to placing an order.
